If you enjoy a beer every once in a while, leave your money at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all money, credit cards and chequebooks at home. Pack only the money you anticipate to use on refreshments, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to squander and keep the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can have a success following a drunken evening out with your buddies and be lucky sufficiently to hook a long roll at a smokin craps table. Don’t forget that adventure because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently consume alcohol and bet. The two just do not go well together.
Keeping your moola at home might be a tiny bit drastic, but precautionary actions for excessive actions is compulsory. If you wager to succeed, then do not drink and gamble. If you like to blow your $$$$ nary a concern, then consume all the free beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t pack credit cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your drunk as a skunk self throws away everything!
